Legacy Health has officially announced that it will end its contract with Humana Medicare Advantage, effective Dec. 31, 2026. 

If you have a Humana Medicare Advantage plan and see Legacy providers - this affects you, starting on January 1, 2027.

Book a consultation here; you have until December 7th, 2026, to make a change that will be effective on January 1, 2027.

After that, there is one more opportunity to make a change - the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period from January 1 - March 31, 2027.
