For UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage beneficiaries:

The Portland Clinic will no longer accept United’s Medicare Advantage plans in 2027. If you want to continue seeing providers at The Portland Clinic in 2027, they will accept the following plans:

• Devoted Health Medicare Advantage

• Regence Medicare Advantage

• CareOregon Advantage Plus (closed to new patients)

This does not apply to current patients with Medicare Supplement (MediGap) plans.
